ASTERIX CONSORTIUM

The ASTERIX Consortium is a DoE/MSIPP funded Consortium that supports (1) capacity building (research) and (2) workforce development (training) in National Security Enterprise (NSE) interests.  The lead institution is Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida.

The ASTERIX partner at the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) is led by a team of faculty experts and professional staff in the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

The education and training programs include:  Scholarships, Research Projects, Internships, Summer REUs and K-12 Summer Camps.
